On 30 July 2020, the staff of Sant’Anselmo Abbey went on a trip. Every year they take advantage of the period without lessons to have a moment of leisure and fraternity. This time they went to Tivoli, just 40 minutes from Sant’Anselmo. The city, which is older than Rome, offers wonderful scenery. With an expert guide they visited the beautiful Villa Adriana and Villa d’Este, with its fascinating fountains. They completed the tour with a lunch. The staff manages Collegio Sant’Anselmo, the residence of Benedictine religious who study and work in Rome.
