The Foundation Benedict is an institution founded in 2007 by Abbot Notker Wolf and Fr. Markus Muff. The Foundation aims to support common duties of the Benedictine Monasteries. In particular, it supports the work of the international Benedictine Atheneum of Sant’Anselmo in Rome. The money of the foundation comes from different private people and other foundations.

The Associatio Internationalis Monastica (AIM) founded in 1961 is an Association of monasteries of the Benedictine Confederation promoting cooperation, solidarity and mutual aid between communities. AIM contributes to the human, cultural and spiritual training of communities, encourages and supports exchanges between communities and supports the financing of projects presented by the communities.

Münsterschwarzach Abbey, which belongs to the Ottilian Congregation of the Missionary Benedictines, is one of the most important Benedictine monasteries in Germany. It provides financial support to course participants from its own congregation.
