Welcome
Welcome to our Congress website. This past week, we sent all of you a letter telling of our decision to postpone the Congress in September 2020. Our great concern is that everyone remains safe, well, and at peace. As the pandemic continues to spread, and as scientists work to find a vaccine, we remain hopeful that there will be a quick solution that will give us a greater sense of moving forward with trust that God stands in the middle of all that our world is experiencing.
The works of the Church, all the way from the Vatican, to the dioceses, to our monasteries, and to our parishes, stand as a tribute to the vigilant prayer, generous service, and hopeful outlook that all our efforts together are building a strong and vibrant Christian witness.
I pray each day for all the Abbots, Abbesses, Priors, Prioresses, and for each monk, nun, and sister in our Benedictine Order, that God will lead us forward with confidence and faith in the loving and compassionate guidance of the Holy Spirit. And even in our sorrows and uncertainties about the future, may we live our faith vibrantly in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who is our Hope, our Strength, and our Peace.

27 April 2020
Dear Abbot Presidents, Abbots, Conventual Priors and Administrative Priors,
As Abbot Primate Gregory has already informed you, the Congressus OSB 2020 has been postponed to 2021. With this in mind, I would like to inform you how we intend to proceed with the registrations and the fees already paid.
All registrations you have made will be canceled. We hope to reopen registrations again in early 2021. We will inform you of the precise date in January.
Regarding the fees already paid, we can offer two options to you:
- We can reimburse you now; or
- We can hold the fees as a credit to be used on the new date of the Congress. This would be our preference.
Please let me know which option you prefer by writing an email to me at: tesoriere@anselmianum.com.
I greatly appreciate your attention, collaboration and understanding.
Fraternally in the Lord,
Fr. Geraldo González y Lima, OSB
General Coordinator of the Congress
